About PRPTY
The PRPTY network is a curated collection of Canadian luxury real estate portals, each connected to a licensed local specialist in that market. Dusko Sremac coordinates introductions so out-of-Alberta clients meet the right advisor, not the loudest one.
PRPTY is a coordinated network of independent Canadian luxury real estate websites and the agents behind them. Each participating agent is licensed in their province and responsible for their own transactions. PRPTY is not a brokerage and does not itself trade in real estate.
When a client's mandate is outside Alberta, Dusko identifies a suitable licensed local luxury agent through the network, makes a warm introduction, and stays available as a coordinating point of contact. The local agent leads the transaction under their provincial licence.
PRPTY does not publish market rankings, invented awards, or guarantees. Local market claims come from the licensed local agent and their published, verifiable sources.
