Real estate is a provincially regulated profession in Canada. Dusko Sremac is licensed to trade real estate in Alberta only. For any mandate outside Alberta, work is handled by a locally licensed agent through a referral arrangement.
We identify a suitable licensed local luxury agent through the PRPTY network, provide a warm introduction, and remain available as a coordinating point of contact. We do not negotiate, show, list, or transact in provinces where we are not licensed.
The referred local agent may pay a customary referral fee to Dusko's Alberta brokerage. Any such fee is disclosed on request and does not increase the client's cost. Selection of the local agent is based on fit, not on fee.
You may decline any introduction and retain the local agent of your choice. The referred agent is solely responsible for their advice and services in their jurisdiction.
