Referrals across Canada

Alberta directly.
Elsewhere, by introduction.

Dusko Sremac is licensed to trade real estate in Alberta only, through Real Estate Partners at Real Broker. Outside Alberta, the PRPTY network can facilitate warm introductions to appropriately licensed independent local luxury advisors — never national supervision, franchise, exclusivity or guaranteed coverage.

How this works

Inside Alberta, Dusko represents you directly. Outside Alberta, he acts as a coordinating point of contact and introduces you to one or more independent licensed local advisors in your target market. You retain full freedom to interview, verify and choose your own representation.

PRPTY is a curated network of market-specific luxury property portals and advisors. It is not a national brokerage, franchise or licensing body, and Dusko does not supervise, employ or share brokerage with agents in other provinces. Referral relationships are documented in writing before any introduction.

Selecting and verifying an introduced advisor

  1. Verify current licence in the relevant provincial regulator's public registry.
  2. Confirm active brokerage, years in practice and specific luxury experience by price band.
  3. Ask for two or three recent comparable transactions in the target neighbourhood, in generic terms.
  4. Confirm errors-and-omissions insurance and any specific luxury designations.
  5. Clarify referral, cooperation and commission structure in writing before engagement.
  6. Retain your independent right to interview and choose the agent — an introduction is not a mandate.
